I am under the weather today, but I wanted to show you a simple look I've achieved spending less than $50. I would normally wear this trendy, fun look,out for drinks with friends, or to the movies. It's a very casual spin, but still sassy and chic enough to make a statement. I will post this outfit for you (on my physical body) later in the week, it looks much better that way! I am a bargain fashionista therefore it occasionally takes me a little longer to go over a store with a fashionista's eye, but I normally don't leave without a score. *Shopping for items in the off season is one of my favorite tips, you can end up with a *compliment worthy* $10 pink leather jacket that way. It's a Botanical Garden Ripe Fest type of day!

Today Mr. Parks and I *rushed* to attend the Cleveland Botanical Garden's Ripe Fest (remember the tickets I won to this tremendous culinary event?) We arrived and it was delightful. We purchased homemade maple syrup and delectable little cupcakes, walked around clicked some photos and were off.. You see we are partaking in The Akron Marathon Relay bright and early tomorrow morning so unfortunately we had to bypass the wine tasting tent..I wanted to die..I'm infatuated and light weight in love with wine.. So.. I pouted.. the entire way home.. Mr. Parks did remind me that this event is 3 days long so.. there's still a chance for us to enjoy the festivities if we make it through tomorrow's jaunt.. stay tuned.. and wish us LUCK..
