Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath w/BMI & Weight Differential Detection-Review

The Ozeri scale is one I love to hate-but this is only because it works so well and let's me know about my weight changes within a fraction of an ounce. I have struggled with weight gain and loss for the last decade, so I wasn't sold on the fact that I would have such a handy little tool, so readily available to gauge my BMI (body mass index) in my bathroom. This scale also weighs up to 400 lbs.

 I was able to check:
  •  my weight differential each morning-displaying my net weight change from my last weigh in (Labeled as L1)
  • the average of my last 3 weigh ins (Labeled as L3)
  • the average of my last 7 weigh ins (Labeled as L7)

Being able to see how my weight fluctuates from day to day sometimes encouraged or defeated me for the moment. I knew that after a long carb-filled weekend, that I would weigh a little heavier, and this scale never failed to point that out.

The Ozeri Digital Weightmaster works for those that just want to track their weight, without the bells and whistles too.
  • color technology-displaying weight changes in green illumination for weight loss
  • red illumination is shown for weight gain

This scale is so easy to use, just step right up without fear of slipping thanks to the slip resistant manufacturing , and  feel free to enjoy battery preservation, as the scale automatically powers off.

You truly can't go wrong with Ozeri's 100% Hassle-Free Satisfaction Guarantee and batteries are included!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Challenge

Go ahead- You know you want to take The Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Challenge

I took the 30 day challenge and I would like you to sign up too, and tell me what you think about the product. At the end of the challenge, if you don't love the way you look and feel-You will get your money back! You really can't beat that, can you? I forgot to let you know that there are a few things you also might enjoy such as:
  • Weekly Prizes
  • Gift Certificates
  • Spa Treatments
-just for taking a mini pledge to initiate a healthy lifestyle and embrace your inner beauty.

You can enjoy the strawberry flavored gummies or the tablets. Personally I thought the gummies were tasty, I can't comment on the tablets, as I didn't try those out. I noticed that my nails [finger and toe] were much stronger and grew like crazy. There was a slight change in my hair, and I may have to try the product for a while longer to see any significant results. I really wanted to notice a bigger difference in the luster of my hair or the appearance of my skin, but I did enjoy the fact that I was consuming just the right amount of nutrients that were needed for my body, and that antioxidants such as E & C, were contributing to the collagen production of my skin. Biotin has been known to promote skin, nail, & hair health- I did notice less breakage, and was really hoping I could find a product that gave me the 3 benefits it promised. I really love products that work, and I love going on missions and receiving product for FREE through Smiley360.

I would hurry up and try this challenge because this is the LAST month! Sign up now, and let me know what your results were at the end of the 30 days.

Enjoy Your Weekend!

The Protein Effect-Kellogs @ People StyleWatch Style Hunters

I was lucky enough to be chosen for an amazing gift box from Kellogs & Special K! This amazing opportunity was made possible thanks to the People StyleWatch Style Hunters Network, which I am extremely proud to be a member of.

I received my huge, red package in the mail, and could not wait to see what the big, red box, with my name on it had in store..

Let's take a look inside..

Included were: Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry Protein Shakes that are simply delicious and vow to satisfy hunger for a longer period of time. I love drinking them when they are really cold and just a touch slushy, so I would pop them in the freezer for about twenty minutes. These shakes have 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber and are delicious as a breakfast shake, an afternoon snack, or just to enjoy any time of your busy day. The chocolate and vanilla are my favorite flavors.

The protein meal bars: Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Cranberry Walnut, and Caramel Peanut are so tasty and enticing with the same 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. I like to consume one of these bars before my training workouts, it's not too much and definitely not too little, and will satisfy you until you get to your next meal. They really taste fantastic in every flavor, and these bars will be a definite purchase for me in the future.

The Special K Protein Plus cereal, packing a whopping 10 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber is the perfect breakfast meal and as a part of the Special K Challenge, it's possible to drop a jean size in two weeks. This cereal is great-tasting and enjoyable, and my entire family appreciated the great flavor.

All of these Special K Protein Products contain exactly what is needed to promote weight management they are designed to reduce hunger by increasing your daily intake of protein and fiber.

Try them ALL, you will LOVE them!

This is where I've been 6 days a week!

And yeah I said it! "Every Damn Day" I've been in the gym workin' it out on a very serious high impact regimen, care to join me? Did I forget to tell you about the weekly healthy food journal as well? What about the weigh-ins? Aside from my 8 week challenge (we're only in week #3)
Mr. Parks and I will start to train for my 1/2
and his whole marathon beginning this Saturday. The race is in May I believe. Dios Mio I am not sure how much longer my body will allow me to do this, but can you imagine how svelte and amazing I'll look come March for my girls trip to Vegas?
Let's get it!

I've been on Hiatus! but for a great reason-

Sorry for the severe lack of posts, I have so much going on at the moment. I am currently participating in an 8 week challenge orchestrated by my personal trainer, it is GRUELING! I must complete a minimum of 8 hours of training  per week, so you can imagine what that's like, right? I am currently in the midst of my 3rd day of detox and can only consume fruits, vegetables, water or green tea. I will be so happy tomorrow when I can add a little more substance into my meal plan! We're also contemplating hittin' up Vegas at the end of this challenge. Let's get it!

I have won some awesome giveaways lately, but just haven't had the time to post- In addition, my laptop went kaput ,so you can imagine and feel my pain [a blogger with no laptop?] I think not!

Just wanted you all to know that I'm still reading your posts, I'm still existing and I love and miss you all!

Wish me luck on this quest!

XOXO
